Formed in 2008, the Exeter & Heart of Devon (EHoD) Employment and Skills Board (ESB) has a vision of ‘a local world class workforce where every individual matters’. We are an employer-led partnership working with training providers and, facilitators and funders.  We like to work collaboratively and in an agile, productive and effective way. We are acutely aware that there is much to do and so we have sought to  focus our efforts and not to spread our efforts too thinly.
